Submitting a contact or estimate request form on the Site does not create a contract for services between you and Laredo Insulation. Any agreement for insulation or related services will be set out in a separate written contract or proposal signed by you and the independent contractor. Prices, availability, and service scope are subject to on-site assessment and are not guaranteed by anything on this Site.

Laredo Insulation is a referral and lead-matching service only. Laredo Insulation is not a contractor and does not provide, supervise, direct, control, inspect, approve, or guarantee construction, insulation, or home improvement services.
Contractors introduced through the Site are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, joint venturers, franchisees, or subcontractors of Laredo Insulation. Laredo Insulation does not control the manner, methods, pricing, scheduling, staffing, materials, safety practices, or performance of any contractor.
Any agreement for services is solely between the customer and the independent contractor. Laredo Insulationis not a party to that agreement and has no responsibility for either party's performance.
The contractor alone is responsible for all estimates, pricing, contracts, deposits, permits, licensing, insurance, materials, workmanship, safety, scheduling, warranties, code compliance, property protection, employees, subcontractors, and completion of the work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laredo Insulationshall not be responsible or liable for any contractor's acts or omissions, including negligence, misconduct, misrepresentations, delays, defective work, incomplete work, failure to perform, property damage, personal injury, licensing violations, insurance deficiencies, contractual disputes, or warranty claims.
Customers are responsible for independently evaluating contractors and verifying all licenses, insurance, references, estimates, contracts, permits, and other information before hiring a contractor.
Scope.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Limitation of Liability applies not only to your use of or inability to use the Site, but also to: (a) our referral of any contractor, including any alleged negligence in selecting, vetting, screening, or referring a contractor; (b) the work, services, materials, quotes, or performance (or non-performance) of any referred contractor; (c) any statements, representations, or advice made by Laredo Insulation, its owners, employees, or agents, or by any referred contractor, whether made through the Site, by telephone, in person, or otherwise; (d) any appearance, representation, or impression that a referred contractor was an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Laredo Insulation, or was otherwise acting on Laredo Insulation's behalf; and (e) any property damage, personal injury, or other loss arising at any time after a referral is made, regardless of when the damage or loss is discovered or claimed.
Independent Contractor Status.
Laredo Insulation operates solely as a referral service. Contractors referred through the Site are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Laredo Insulation, and Laredo Insulation does not supervise, direct, or control their work. No communication, quote, invoice, uniform, signage, vehicle, or other material shall be construed as creating an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Laredo Insulation and any referred contractor.
No Liability for Contractor Acts or Omissions.
Laredo Insulation and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, misrepresentation, breach of contract, property damage, personal injury, or other harm caused by any referred contractor, regardless of whether the claim is based on Laredo Insulation's alleged negligence in the referral, apparent or ostensible agency, vicarious liability, or any other legal theory.
Damages Limitation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Laredo Insulationand its owners, employees, and agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the matters described above, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Site, any contractor referral, or any referred contractor's work shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laredo Insulation and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Shasta County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
